Why people choose us

Seeking an ADHD or autism assessment can feel like a significant step. Many people come to us after years of uncertainty, looking for clarity about their experiences. Our role is simple: a careful, evidence-based assessment that leads to a clear, reliable answer. We don’t rush to conclusions. We take time to understand the full picture, not just symptoms, ensuring any diagnosis is accurate, balanced, and meaningful.

Beyond assessment, we also provide tailored counselling and coaching to help neurodivergent individuals better understand themselves, navigate challenges and thrive.

Experienced clinicians you can trust

Every assessment is carried out by a Chartered, HCPC-registered psychologist.

Our clinicians bring extensive NHS and private practice experience, using NICE-aligned methods and recognised gold-standard diagnostic tools widely used within NHS and specialist services. Including DIVA-5, ADOS-2, QBCheck and Conners assessments.

Because our assessments are led by psychologists rather than technicians or non-clinical assessors, we are able to identify co-existing or alternative mental health conditions as part of every differential diagnosis.

Clear outcomes and next steps

A diagnosis is the start of a path forward, not the end of one.

Following your assessment, we explain the outcome clearly, in plain language, with practical recommendations you can actually use.

Where appropriate, we provide psychological therapy and coaching. We also work alongside experienced consultant psychiatrists who can provide medication and ongoing titration support, ensuring continuity of care beyond the assessment itself.

A careful and accurate approach

ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other conditions can present in overlapping ways.

That’s why every assessment involves careful consideration of co-existing and alternative explanations before any conclusion is reached, ensuring an accurate differential diagnosis.

Where ADHD or autism isn’t indicated, we’ll tell you clearly, and help you understand what might be contributing to your experiences instead.
